When you expressly opt in through the chat widget, you may receive the types of messages described in your selected consent notice, such as responses to mortgage inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and requested loan-status or service updates. Any separate promotional consent choice applies only to the message types stated in that notice. Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent and opting out
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or obtaining a loan. Providing a phone number on the consultation form does not authorize SMS. Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation of your cancellation; further program messages will stop unless you opt in again.
